GUIDRY, Judge.

The defendant was tried and found guilty of attempted distribution of a substance falsely represented to be a controlled dangerous substance (C.D.S.), a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:27 and R.S. 40:971.1. Ronald Joseph Ourso, hereinafter referred to as Ourso, was sentenced to two and one-half years at hard labor, to run consecutively with any other sentence he is now serving.
