Bret Pokorny was convicted of manslaughter, Class C, 17-A M.R.S.A. § 203(1)(A) (1983), after entering a plea of nolo contendere in the Superior Court (Somerest County). In this appeal, he claims that the Superior Court erred in denying his motion to withdraw his nolo plea and reinstate his previous plea of not guilty.
