GILLETTE, Presiding Judge.

This is a criminal case in which defendant was charged with violation of Portland City Code § 14.08.140, interfering with a police officer. Her actions that gave rise to the charge occurred when police officers entered defendant's home without a warrant in pursuit of her son. The City of Portland appeals from a pretrial order suppressing evidence obtained by the officers after entry.
