Respondent Lowden seeks to enforce a promissory note that appellant Servaites signed as guarantor. Servaites contends on appeal that numerous actions by Lowden operated to discharge him as guarantor. The district court awarded summary judgment to Lowden on the basis of the guaranty contract.
