BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

The appellant, Danny Lynn Farris, was convicted in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. 80-2248, of Manslaughter in the First Degree and was sentenced to thirty-five (35) years imprisonment. On appeal the appellant assigns six points of error.
