This matter was tried before a jury and special verdict forms were used. On January 24, 1983, the jury returned verdicts in plaintiff's favor on his claims of breach of contract and fraud, and also found in his favor on defendant's counterclaim for breach of contract. The jury returned verdicts awarding the plaintiff damages for breach of contract in the amount of $2,125,000, damages for fraud in the amount of $3,000...
