This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to vacate a final judgment filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.540.

The parties were formerly husband and wife. Shortly after the wife filed her petition for dissolution, the husband moved to stay the proceedings in the hope of reconciliation and to order the parties to undergo marriage counseling.
