Pollard, was charged under three separate bills of information with being a principal to aggravated battery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:34; being a principal to armed robbery, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:64; and being a principal to simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:62.2.
