Appellant Fruehauf Corporation (Fruehauf) challenges a decision of the Review Board of the Indiana Employment Security Division which declared its former employee, Duane E. Ragan, eligible for unemployment compensation. The Review Board scheduled a hearing on Ragan's claim for Monday, November 30, 1981, and mailed notice of this hearing to the parties involved on Monday, November 23, 1981.
