OPINION

DONNELLY, Judge.

Defendant was convicted of three counts of retaining stolen property in violation of NMSA 1978, § 30-16-11. He appeals. Three claims of error are presented on appeal: (1) insufficiency of evidence; (2) denial of due process; and (3) error in charging separate offenses. Other issues listed in the docketing statement but not briefed are deemed abandoned. State v. Sanchez, 98 N.M. 428,
