The instant appeal arises out of a negligence and products liability action. In May, 1975, Albertson's, Inc. (Albertson's) initiated planning and construction of a new Albertson's supermarket in Las Vegas, Nevada. Albertson's sought bids from various contractors and eventually awarded the contract for the new store to respondent J.A.
