This appeal arises from the trial court's finding that certain sections of the Liquor Control Act, 1981 N.M. Laws, chapter 39 are unconstitutional. At trial, the plaintiffs alleged that Sections 36, 103, 110, 113, and 114 of the Act were unconstitutional and that the entire Act was therefore void because it was unseverable. The trial court's holdings on Sections 110 and 113 were not challenged...
