A motion was made in this matter before trial alleging that the prosecution had obtained evidence against the defendants in violation of the defendants' "due process" rights as guaranteed by the United States Constitution. I put off the "due process" hearing until after the trial with the expectation that many of the so-called issues originally raised would disappear when the evidence was received...
