DURHAM, Justice:

This is an appeal from an order dismissing the plaintiff's complaint for injuries suffered when she slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk leading to a side entrance of the Lincoln Elementary School in Salt Lake City. The defendant Salt Lake City Board of Education moved for summary judgment based on the case of West v. Provo City Corporation, 27 Utah.2d 306, 495 P.2d 1251
