Appellants bring this appeal from the Jefferson Circuit Court's Rule 12 dismissal of their suit for racial discrimination in employment. KRS Chapter 344. The suit was dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction under KRS 344.270. It appears that Larry McNeal and Lonnie Casey were black employees of appellee, Armour and Company.
