The appellant, Milton Wayne Seymore, was indicted by the grand jury of Jefferson County for robbery; he duly entered a plea of not guilty, was found guilty of robbery as charged in the indictment, and duly sentenced to be imprisoned in the penitentiary for a term of twenty-five years.
