The two appeals now before us are being heard together as both grew out of the same set of facts. The appellees William Trumbo, Jackie Trumbo, William Linton, and James Humbler, were dismissed from their employment with the City of Lancaster after they refused to perform the additional task of cleaning up the public square. The appellees' application for unemployment insurance benefits was denied on the grounds that they had been discharged for acts...
