PER CURIAM.

This appeal arises out of a pending divorce proceeding in which the superior court ordered Derrick Diggs to make monthly payments of $403 on a mortgage and $400 for the support of his wife and child pendente lite. Diggs failed to make these payments and thereafter was ordered to show cause why he should not be found in contempt. After a jury trial, which was prosecuted by Vera Diggs' attorney...
