The defendant was indicted and convicted for the first degree robbery of Arthur Lecroix, Jr., in violation of Section 13A-8-41, Code of Alabama 1975. Sentence was fifty years' imprisonment. Five issues are argued on appeal.

The defendant's motion to quash the indictment was properly denied. In relevant portion, the indictment charged that the defendant:
