The defendant was indicted for capital murder under Alabama Code Section 13A-5-31(a)(2) (Supp.1977) for the robbery and intentional killing of Ms. Gail Nix. After a jury trial, she was convicted of murder in the first degree and sentenced to life imprisonment in accordance with the verdict of the jury. The facts surrounding the murder are reported in Moulds v. State, 426 So.2d 942
