For the reasons contained in Tolmak, Inc. v. Servitron, Inc., et al., 435 So.2d 1164 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1983), in which we render a separate opinion this date, the judgment of the trial court in this case is affirmed. Costs of this appeal are assessed equally between appellants, Tolmak, Inc. and Servitron, Inc.
