The Kitchens, debtors, appeal from the district court's decision to vacate the bankruptcy court's confirmation of the Kitchens' chapter 13 plan. In re Kull, 12 B.R. 654 (S.D.Ga.1981). The bankruptcy court found that the Kitchens' net disposable monthly income for 1979 averaged $1,624.82, $1,800 when federal and state income taxes are included, and that their estimated future monthly income was $1,479.
