This is an appeal from the final judgment for $440,000.00 entered by the district court upon a jury verdict rendered in favor of the appellees. The appellees sued the appellant for common law fraud alleging that they were induced by fraudulent misrepresentations to enter into contracts to purchase from the appellant real property located in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island.
