Appellant Craig Wirsing appeals from a judgment entered against him after a jury trial in this criminal case. Wirsing was charged with one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute marijuana1 and three counts of attempted income tax evasion2 for the years 1976, 1977, 1978.
