A District Court of Dallas County sitting as a juvenile court, on application of the district attorney, temporarily enjoined the Fort Worth State School from allowing Tony Cordell Davis to leave the premises of that institution at any time, primarily because the court found that the school acted wrongfully in furloughing the child, who had repeatedly committed sexual offenses while on furlough.
