DUDLEY, Justice.

On December 26, 1978, a man broke into the home of the prosecutrix, threatened her with a knife, choked her, raped her and stole some of her jewelry. During the hour long ordeal the intruder wore a toboggan cap pulled down over his face and, in addition, blindfolded the prosecutrix. The police subsequently conducted both a visual and a voice out-of-court lineup. Appellant was charged with the crimes and, at trial, testimony of the lineup procedures...
