The plaintiffs, Joseph Anello and Emilio Anello, appeal from judgments of the Orleans Superior Court wherein the jury found for the defendant, Vincent Vinci, on their claim of trespass and, on a counterclaim sounding in malicious prosecution, returned a verdict in favor of the defendant in the amount of $4,000.
