OPINION

BUSSEY, Presiding Judge:

The appellant, Kevin Williams, was convicted of Burglary in the First Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony, and Attempted Rape in the First Degree, After Former Conviction of a Felony, in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CRF-80-2397, was sentenced to life imprisonment on each count (to run concurrently), and he appeals.
