The District Court of the Eighteenth Judicial District issued an order September 29, 1980, dissolving the marriage of Hazel J. Vance and Russel L. Vance and changing Hazel's name to Sue Starford. Findings of fact, conclusions of law and an order distributing the marital estate were issued June 24, 1981.
