This is an extradition case in which the State appeals from a judgment which granted the petition for habeas corpus of Malcolm E. Ratliff. The only issue presented is whether the trial judge erred in determining that the indictment of the demanding State was insufficient because it did not specify the date of the offenses with requisite specificity.
