The Social Security disability benefits awarded to claimant Leonard Herman (Herman) beginning in August 1977 were terminated by the Social Security Administration (Administration) in February 1979. Herman appealed the order of termination and both the administrative law judge (ALJ) and the Appeals Council affirmed the administrative action.
