STOKER, Judge.

Plaintiff, Wyble Deville, appeals a judgment dismissing his suit against the Opelousas General Hospital and its employee, George Davy, for damages resulting from personal injury he sustained in a fall at the hospital. For the reasons set out below, we reverse.
