In this case appellant Joseph Maccini (Maccini) appeals from guilty verdicts against him in a two count indictment charging a conspiracy to defraud the United States1 and the submission of a false statement.2 These charges arise out of his alleged participation in a scheme which involved an electrical modernization program at a low income housing project for the Somerville, Massachusetts...
