MARCUS, Justice.

Vincent J. Laprime was charged by bill of information with simple burglary in violation of La.R.S. 14:62. After trial by jury, defendant was found guilty as charged1 and was sentenced to serve eight years at hard labor. On appeal, defendant relies on ten assignments of error for reversal of his conviction and sentence. Eight of those assignments of error do not present reversible error nor do they involve legal issues...
