This is an action seeking damages for personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision. Trial was to a jury which returned a verdict upon special issues finding appellee guilty of several acts of primary negligence that were the proximate cause of the collision. The jury also failed to find that appellant was injured as a result of the occurrence or suffered any past or future damages resulting from such accident.1...
