Plaintiff-respondent, a former husband sued his former wife in equity to reform a note and deed of trust given by defendant-appellant in exchange for a quitclaim deed which conveyed to her his interest in the family home. The documents were exchanged in compliance with the separation agreement of the parties, dated April 8, 1975.
