The defendant, Donna McKenney, appeals her conviction of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (Class E), 17-A M.R. S.A. § 353 (1983),1 after a jury-waived trial in Superior Court, Lincoln County. On appeal she argues (1) that there was insufficient evidence to establish her guilt and (2) that the Superior Court erred in refusing to strike hearsay testimony given by a prosecution witness.
