Joyce (Kays) Curtis filed a motion to modify a dissolution decree by increasing the amount of child support being paid by Kenneth Kays for the support of their three children. In response, Kenneth filed an answer together with a motion seeking to hold Joyce in contempt for failure to comply with the visitation privileges of the dissolution decree, and a motion to modify the decree by vesting custody of the three children in him.
