This is an appeal from the granting of a summary judgment for the Defendants in a suit filed for injury to person and property arising from alleged breaches of express and implied warranties under the Texas Uniform Commercial Code. Questions on appeal concern the existence of implied warranties where used goods are sold, the existence of express warranties contrary to the terms of the parol evidence rule, the effectiveness of disclaimers...
