Jerry Breese, while a patient at LaRue Carter Hospital, committed suicide by hanging himself. He was survived by a minor child.

Lester Breese (Breese), Administrator of the Estate of his son, Jerry Breese, appeals the judgment entered on a jury verdict for Defendant-Appellee, the State of Indiana d/b/a LaRue D. Carter Memorial Hospital (hereinafter LaRue Carter), on Counts I (negligence) and III (breach of contract) of Breese's wrongful death...
