Plaintiff Irene Benoit appeals from a judgment in favor of the defendant, George W. Speight, coroner for Jefferson Davis Parish. Plaintiff seeks reversal of the trial court's ruling which failed to order defendant to alter a death certificate so as to change the official designation of cause of death of plaintiff's 19-year-old daughter, Rosea Marie Bott, from suicide to some other cause.
