Appellant was convicted, following a jury trial, of one count of robbery with use of a deadly weapon. On direct appeal from the judgment of conviction, he argued only that the evidence was insufficient to support the verdict. We affirmed the judgment. Bolden v. State, 97 Nev. 71, 624 P.2d 20 (1981).
