Appellee, Betty Jones, brought suit on a contract insuring her mobile home, which was damaged in a fire. Jones originally purchased the mobile home in a damaged condition in 1979. With the help of her family she effected a number of repairs in order to restore the home to a livable condition, and at trial she estimated the property to be worth between $32,000 and $38,000.
