CARTER, Justice.

The defendants, Mr. and Mrs. Graham, appeal the judgment resulting from a jury trial in Superior Court (Knox County) of this property dispute. The judgment awards nominal damages, court costs, attorney fees, and the cost of professional services to the plaintiff and requires the Grahams to remove their garage and fence. We sustain the defendants' appeal as against plaintiff and remand for a new trial. We deny defendants' appeal from the trial court...
