This appeal is from a judgment entered in favor of appellee in a suit concerning the construction of a home. While the issues themselves are not especially complex, this case has been made complex by the large number of pleadings, the extent of testimony (in excess of 900 pages), the number of special issues (38) and the 28 points of error on appeal.
