This is a petition for review of an order by the Board of Immigration Appeals (Board) denying Homi J. Minwalla's motion to reopen his deportation proceedings. The immigration judge found Minwalla deportable and denied his request for withholding of deportation on the ground of extreme hardship. The Board affirmed its decision and denied Minwalla's motion to reconsider and to reopen the proceeding on the basis of his request for asylum...
