The case presently before the Court is a civil action wherein the plaintiff is seeking damages for personal injuries. Jacob Tussel has alleged that he was injured when, on February 28, 1978, he drove a tanker truck loaded with carbolic acid to Witco's Bradford, Pennsylvania plant for unloading.
