Defendant Wilmer D. Lockhart was charged by bill of information with the crime of aggravated burglary in violation of La.R.S. 14:60. He was tried by jury and found guilty as charged. After defendant's motion for a new trial was denied, the court sentenced him as a multiple offender to twenty years at hard labor.
