Timothy McCauley brought suit against Charter Oak Fire Insurance Company on a worker's compensation claim. The case was submitted to the jury on special issues. After considerable deliberation, the jury announced to the court that they were unable to reach a verdict. The court then ordered the jury back into the courtroom.
