On October 20, 1983 we denied debtor-appellant's request to stay the order of the United States Bankruptcy Court issued on February 22, 1983 and, penalizing debtor-appellant's dilatoriness in filing his brief on appeal, we also dismissed the same for failure to comply with Rule 808 (now Rule 8009) of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy.
